Debbie is the President and owner of American Dream Retirement Solutions, Inc. and has worked in the financial profession since 1999. As the granddaughter of immigrants from Italy and Slovenia, she deeply values the “American Dream” and helps clients achieve it.
Her greatest fulfillment comes from guiding clients in making wise financial decisions that ensure safety and sustainable returns. She is especially passionate about educating and empowering women, recognizing that many will eventually manage finances on their own and need reliable income for retirement.
Debbie builds lasting, family-like relationships with her clients, personally guiding them through life’s transitions with professionalism and empathy. Raised in Chicago, she earned a BS in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University, continues her financial education, and has been married for over 40 years.
Family is her foundation—she has three grown children in Chicago and delights in her grandchildren who call her Nonna. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, crocheting, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
Cindy Parish brings years of experience in the financial services industry, following a successful career as a business consultant and Director of Business Development in Chicago, where she mentored entrepreneurs for over 15 years. Known for her dedication and strong work ethic, Cindy helps clients protect their hard-earned money while guiding them through retirement planning, income strategies, and legacy building.
Her warm, professional approach makes clients feel secure, and she takes pride in listening carefully and creating thoughtful plans tailored to their needs. Raised in Oak Lawn, Cindy learned the value of hard work from her parents and carries those lessons into her career. She studied at Western Illinois University and Arizona State University, and now lives in Oak Forest with her two grown sons, Cullen and Cory.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys cycling, traveling, gardening, cooking, and sharing her well-loved recipes.
